    You pay shipping to usBox it up and send it with the slip we give you. Except a new bow with a defect reported within 30 days of delivery: then we pay shipping both ways.
    We look it overWe call or text with what we find and a quote.
    Pay when it's doneWe email an invoice with a pay link, or call us to pay.

    Return shipping: you pay it along with the work. A warranty repair is free, and we pay to ship it back. If a warranty claim turns out not to be covered, we send a quote first and wait for your OK.
